Inspection method of thread plug gauge
If the measured thread can be screwed through the thread through gauge and not completely
screwed through the thread stop gauge
The over thread non-return gauge is only allowed to screw in two sections with the measured thread,
and the screw in amount shall not exceed two threads
The pitch indicates that the pitch diameter of the measured thread does not exceed the pitch diameter
of its maximum solid profile
If the single pitch diameter does not exceed the pitch diameter of the minimum solid tooth form, the
screwing can be guaranteed
And connection strength, the pitch diameter of the measured thread is qualified, otherwise it is
unqualified.
The pitch diameter of the thread is simply the nominal diameter of the thread, which is generally
called "m " thread

external thread and the crown
