Introduction of industrial casters
Industrial casters mainly refer to a caster product used in mechanical equipment or factories.
It can choose a single wheel made of super polyurethane, advanced reinforced nylon (PA6)
and rubber. The overall product needs to have high strength and impact resistance. Usually
heavy and extra heavy duty casters. The metal bracket construction of the industrial caster is
made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet or chrome-plated anti-corrosion steel sheet, and
precision ball bearings are installed inside by means of one-piece injection molding. 3mm, 4mm,
5mm, 6mm, 10mm steel plates can be used as brackets. Advantages of galvanized surface
treatment of brackets
1. Good reliability: The galvanized layer and the steel are metallurgically bonded and become part
of the steel surface, so the durability of the coating is more reliable;
2. Long-lasting anti-rust performance: it will not rust within three years of normal use;

sharp corners and hidden places can be fully protected
4. The toughness of the coating is strong: the zinc coating forms a special metallurgical structure,
which can withstand mechanical damage during movement and use;
5. Does not affect welding: the metal surface can still be welded after galvanizing (eg: spot welding
after assembly)
