The anti-corrosion ability of the coating surface tested by salt spray must meet the detection

its periphery is not more than 5mm, which is acceptable ③ there is no rust on the front surface of
the object or the outer surface of the lampshade ④ there is no rust on the inner surface of the object,
after detection, the rust is within 10cm, the diameter is ≥ 1mm, not more than 3pcs, and the distance
is ≥ 25cm ⑤ if the outer surface of the electroplating layer of the object begins to rust within the
specified time (at least 18 hours), The samples shall be placed in the iron products in the normal
shipping packaging mode (plastic bag, color box and outer box) for three months, and the changes
shall be observed once a week. If there is rust, the unplated surface is unacceptable, and the
unplated surface is not allowed

④ Rust is found in the unplated parts inside the electroplated parts, which is unacceptable
⑤ Due to the electrode relationship inside the electroplated parts, the surrounding areas or internal
corners nearby, during the electroplating process, the electroplating layer is thin or yellow due to
excessive discharge. There is slight rust during salt spray test or it can be basically covered after
assembly, which is acceptable
⑥ If the yellowing area exceeds 2 / 3 of its surface or cannot be covered, it is not acceptable
